Afrika Tiss implements initiatives to promote crafts as a lever of economic and social development. It connects creators, designers and artisans in order to promote the encounter of know-how and the emergence of innovative products. The objects and accessories created by the artisan(s) accompanied by Afrika Tiss are sold on the local and the international market, ensuring a fair and regular income for the craftsmen.

AUTHENTICITY

Through our limited-edition collections of hand-made objects, we revisit ancestral craft techniques in order to enhance and preserve the richness and diversity of local heritage.

SAVOIR-FAIRE

A mix of contemporary traditions and influences, our products are the result of a collaborations between African artisans and designers who combine various techniques and materials.

EQUITY

In addition to technical and entrepreneurial training, our artisans take literacy programs to improve their social autonomy and receive a fair and regular income for the crafts they create.

ENVIRONMENT

By transforming raw materials produced locally, we favour the emergence of an integrated local sector. Our dyes are ecological and OEKO TEX certified.
